Quanum Trifecta long rear landing gear
thingiverse
I've crafted a customized longer rear landing leg for my printer that fits snugly within its 8cm maximum size while still achieving optimal length. As you can observe, I prefer to attach a small piece of heat shrink tubing to prevent any scratches on surfaces where my copter is placed. Check out the time-lapse video of the print process Print Settings Printer: Fabrikator Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Notes: Contrary to what you might have seen in my YouTube video, I highly recommend printing the part standing upright, not lying with the flat side facing down. This approach enhances the strength of the little stow nub significantly.
