Case for Quanum Pico / SciSky board is made with Quanum WISP 110 frame as the foundation. Only lower carbon frames are utilized in this design. Engineers have carefully slimmed down the design to minimize its center of gravity, positioning the lipo between the propellers to create a more aerodynamic effect. This case features low weight and exceptional protection for the board itself. A small piece of Depron is attached on top of the board to secure it in place within the case. High-quality nano cpx screws are used to assemble the top and bottom components together, while Blade 130x screws provide extra stability by securing the case directly to the frame. One of its standout features is its versatility; multiple lipo sizes can be easily accommodated, making it perfect for applications such as the Nanotech 750mAh. The total weight of this casing is approximately 2.4g, which showcases a delicate balance between form and function. It's recommended to use additional spacers to firmly hold the motors in place for added stability. A work-in-progress (WIP) project currently underway involves adapting the design to accommodate a Pico cam and TX module as well.
