Quanum DIY FPV Goggles Upgraded Monitor case w/ RC305 mount
thingiverse
There is an 800x480 screen available for the Quanum DIY FPV Goggles to upgrade from the original monitor. The original back case had a nice replacement on Thingiverse with a spot for the RC305. This is a remix of two items found on Thingiverse to create an RC305 compatible back case for the upgraded monitor. I am currently printing the first proof and will post feedback once it's complete. The Quanum Goggles are available at Hobbyking.com, while the upgraded LCD can be purchased on eBay. Sources for this project include Thingiverse.com/things:692199 and Thingiverse.com/things:801516. To print this back case, use a MakerBot Replicator 2X with or without rafts, as it doesn't matter. Supports are recommended to ensure successful printing. I designed this using Sketchup, a ruler, and the parts that needed to fit together.
