Hey there! I crafted this phone case using FLEX filament, and when it comes to protection, it's absolutely outstanding. It features a sturdy yet flexible surface for excellent durability, and on the inside, there's a soft, spongy layer to absorb shocks. My daughter love it!In my particular project, I utilized Printalot Flex, but I must admit it's a bit more challenging to work with compared to PLA. So, here's a pro tip: keep the design simple and minimize intricate details. Larger shapes tend to yield better results, and simplicity really is the key here. One valuable lesson I learned from this experience is that it performs exceptionally well with just 2 top and 2 bottom layers, both at 0.2mm thickness, and I opted for a Gyroid pattern at 15% for the infill. Now, let's talk about speeds. After conducting several tests, I discovered that a speed range of approximately 20 to 25 mm/s works like a charm for all aspects of the printing process. Also, don't forget to dial down the retraction speed and displacement speed as well.If you're eager for more exciting designs, be sure to check out my collection at www.printables.com/@Baloo.
