Quake Logo Display

Originally scaled and printed as a headphone stand, but this model turned out to just be a cool and simple display piece.

I chose to use threaded inserts for assembly since I had a bunch laying around and could more quickly make adjustments during the design process, however the parts should also glue together just fine.

Note: You will need a 0.25mm nozzle to print the “QUAKE” text plate at the model's original scale. For this reason, I have included 2 versions of the base depending on whether you need the screw holes. If you instead choose to scale up the model until the text is fully printable at your desired nozzle size, your only option for assembly is gluing.

If choose to assemble the model with threaded inserts, you will need at least

2 M3x4.0mm threaded inserts (4 if using text plate)

2 M3x18 hex screw (4 if using text plate)

All models but the text plate can be printed without supports once oriented correctly!
