Quake Extruder/Feeder topper

Loved the look _grafzahlmd_'s Quake logo model (thanks _grafzahlmd_) so stuck it on a shaft and made a little adapter to fit atop my Cocoon Create i3 Mini extruder/feeder thingy which has a 5mm (diameter) shaft. The adapter was then upscaled 105% for an easy fit. When the printer is running, you get a nice rotating Quake Q - _**very** satisfying_. The Q shaft is (deliberately) a 2.5mm (IIRC) shaft and tapered because I wanted it to be smaller than the Q's tail to retain that look. I likely scaled the Q from the original design too. If I make other toppers I will likely re-use the same adapter.
