Quadstruder K7 v2 - Dual Drive Extruder

Updated Version of Quadstruder Features Stainless Steel Gears for Longer Life. The previous quadstruder model's brass gears showed significant wear after several months of use, indicating a need for replacement with more durable materials. The new stainless steel gears are designed to last longer and provide smoother performance. This quadstruder is optimized for 1.75mm filament usage and utilizes two filament drive gears in conjunction with two additional gears that synchronize the movement of these components. The secondary gear is tilted to adjust the pressure applied to the filament, ensuring consistent feeding. Some users may need shorter 2mm M3 set screws on their drive gears due to the length of the ones provided. Here's a list of required parts: * Nema 17 Motor (High-Torque 400-Step Motors Recommended - Amazon, Filastruder, or Robotdigg) * 2 x Stainless Steel Gears * 2 x Knurled Drive Gears * 2 x MR105 Bearings * 1 x 5 x 30mm Dowel Pin * 1 x Bowden Coupler * 1 x M3 Heat Set Brass Insert * M3 Screws (Four M3x35mm, One M3x10mm Socket Cap Screw, and Two 2mm Set Screws) To ensure proper operation: * Verify there are no collisions as the gears turn. * Position set screws so they don't obstruct gear movement. * Place motor shaft gears slightly lower than those on the 30mm shaft to prevent drive gear rubbing against bearings.
