Quadror Folding Sawhorse model
thingiverse
This is my first model on Thingiverse. UPDATE: I have included the Sketchup model that I designed to generate the STL file. See also: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:925450. This model is of a quadrors, a folding structure created by Dror at quadror.com. The sawhorse is just one of its many forms. It consists of four L-shaped parts which are glued or screwed together in pairs. After assembly, the folded structure can be unfolded into the form of a sawhorse. Watch the video: https://vimeo.com/19571732. My challenge was to print the sawhorse as a single folded piece, and I succeeded. I have not included the CAD model, but you can find similar sawhorses in Sketchup Warehouse at https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=554c4c12e4b87dcafe05b6214d57c7ee. You can also find a step-by-step guide to create quadrors at https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=91b5b70ad95fd58b3e232b593c642ba9. Remember, the quadror has been patented by Dror.
