A straightforward-to-print quadcopter requires: aluminium profile (2x 500mm, 10x10mm), KK2.0 flight controller, Q Brain 4 x 20A Brushless Quadcopter ESC 2-4S 3A SBEC, 4 Turnigy 1100KV Brushless Motors, NIMH/LiPo battery, and a 4 Channel sender/receiver. Secure the aluminium profiles with araldite into the base and motor mount. Print components at 0.8mm wall thickness, 40% infill: 2x base, 4x motormount, 1x controller, 1x batteryholder_a, 1x batteryholder_b, 2x foot_30mm, and 2x foot_40mm. Assemble as shown in build_complete.stl (work-in-progress with updates on landing gear, battery holder, and redesigned motor mounts/feet).
