Hi, This is Racing Quadrocopter frame in size about 200mm for 5" props. Goal was to create a compact, light yet rigid 3D printed frame using standard parts. I'm utilizing a 250 class gear setup: Motors: 2204 2300kv (Multistar) - hole distance 19mm ESC: 20A (Littlebee) Prop: any 5" (Kingkong 5045 3-blade) Battery: 1400mAh 4S (Multistar) FC: standard mounting holes 30.5 x 30.5 (Sparky F3) FPV Cam.: Eachine 700TVL 1/3 CMOS FPV VT: Eachine 25mW Raceband PDB: something smaller - Matek Micro PDB With 5V 12V RC: your choice Flight Weight with RunCam 2 is 530g To build this frame, you will need: Bolts: M3x6: 8pcs M3x10: 4pcs M3x16: 6pcs M3x20: 7pcs M3x25: 4pcs M3 Nuts: 15pcs Nylon: Bolt M3x16: 4pcs (but you can use steel) M3 Nut: 8pcs 20mm standoff: 4pcs Carbon fiber tube - outer dia 5mm about 160mm long 2pcs Velcro Strap - 16mm wide (take 20mm and cut of 2mm from each side) Have a fun time building this frame! Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Rebel 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 30% Notes: I'm using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.25 layer height. Everything is rigid enough with two perimeters, four bottom and top layers, and 30% infill. Frame printed in ASA. Post-Printing Don't overtight bolts on Baseplates or you will get baseplate delamination. Print more Arms - This frame is rigid but not indestructible.
