For my RCTIMER AIO Controller, I use a CN06 Ublox GPS modem and needed protection. Unable to find any covers, I created my own design using Sketchup and printed it. The cover fits a 45x45mm frame, with the GPS cable connecting to the multiwii/ardupilot controller below. This customization is for CN-06 v2 (http://www.rctimer.com/index.php?gOo=goods_details.dwt&goodsid=763&productname=). Add foam under the modem for a snug fit, and secure the GPS cover to the plate with M3 screws.
