A prototype of my initial quadrocopter design includes elements such as 1.5mm aluminium and 3D printed ABS components, resulting in a base weight of 380g. In the third picture, I have utilized 1mm aluminium to create the frame parts, reducing the weight to 260g (including plastic and screws). The second photo showcases my old drone combined with the new frame, resulting in an overall weight (excluding lipo battery) of 640g.
