Ready to print quadrocopter. This project consist with parts: 4 rays, bottom plate, upper plate, face and tail. Rays printed with nylon-carbon filament. Layer high 0.1, width 0.5, no infill, but 7-8 perimeters used. Minimal support, skirt. Plates printed with nylon-carbon filament. Layer high 0.2, width 0.5, infill 50% and 100% infill each 4 layers. Use infill modificator (up to 80%) in rays mount area. 5 perimeters used. Minimal no support, skirt. Other part PLA or any available. Use steel nozzle and temperature 260C (Ender S1 was upgraded to print this). Printing speed 20-25 (or up to 50 in some times). Quadrocopter diagonal 250mm, weight without accumulator 420-440 grams. 5" or 6" props can be mounted. Set derivative part of PID to minimal values before firs flight.
