A quadrifilar antenna is tuned to catch NOAA weather satellite signals at 137 MHz. In combination with an RTL-SDR USB radio dongle and software, these satellite passes can be recorded. The design was adapted from details found here: http://www.askrlc.co.uk/. The Molex connector used is sourced from AliExpress. The ALI Dongle is a modification of Dinuka Perera's 3G USB dongle concept.
