I designed a custom quadcopter framework with an estimated weight of 147g, utilizing aluminum 5754 for its construction. The copter can carry up to 2kg of equipment while maintaining a safety coefficient of 2. However, due to low natural frequency issues, the arms cannot be lightened further and additional reinforcement is required. To maintain the drone's structure and performance in flight, do not exceed an engine rotation speed of 12,000 r/min. I encourage you to provide feedback on your flights for optimization purposes. The frame can be fabricated through laser cutting aluminum (approximately €75 per piece, less expensive if multiple frames are outsourced). A future version will include a 2-axis camera mount system.
