Quadcopter Smoke Stopper
thingiverse
This is a custom enclosure to enhance the appearance of your smoke stopper. The box can be printed using any type of plastic you prefer, and I opted for PETG with great results. The Lid needs to be printed in a translucent plastic material. XT60 connectors won't stay in place solely due to friction; they must be secured with glue - specifically, superglue underneath the connectors plus hot glue on top. The lid features spaces for two switches: 1. One on/off switch allows you to plug in your battery without necessarily powering up your electronics. 2. A hi/low switch enables you to change the maximum current allowed through to the electronics by selecting between high and low settings on the lightbulb. You will also need the following components: * XT60 (male) connectors (x2): Available at https://www.amazon.com/LingSY-Female-Bullet-Connectors-Battery/dp/B06XV8L8L8/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1510243304&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=male+xt60&psc=1 * On/off rocker switches (x2): Available at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011U1NU90/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 * Light bulb fixture (x1): Available at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0087D9A44/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 * Light Bulb (x1): Available at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008DX2WFW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 An electrical diagram and additional pictures will be shared soon.
