This is my attempt to craft a custom mounting bracket for the electronics component of my quadcopter. The design objective was to securely hold the flight controller, receiver, and power module while fitting everything snugly into the center of a compact F330 frame. I have identified three key components: fc_base: The lower part that houses the BEC power module and FrSky receiver. It is mounted directly onto the copter base plate using 50mm mounting holes. To accommodate a battery strap, I employed additional nuts as spacers. fc_mount: The middle section that holds the flight controller. This component also adapts from 50mm to 30mm mounting holes for optimal fitment. fc_cover: The upper part that encloses and secures the flight controller in place. Below are links to the electronics parts I utilized: NAZE32 F3 Flight Controller FrSky X4R-SB Receiver APM power module with BEC I have successfully installed it on a F330 Frame by drilling holes for nylon screws onto the bottom plate. This project is currently underway, and everything appears to be functioning smoothly. However, there's likely room for further refinement and improvement.
