The design is created for lightness and ease of use, with the battery integrated into the frame to enhance strength. To attach the battery, push it into the center structure as per the model's instructions. Printed in Nylon, the design weighs approximately 23g with a maximum displacement of 0.16mm under a 25N vertical load. Ultimaker 2.0 can print this model in around 3 hours. Material costs vary but using ABS or PLA should be between $5-$15, maintaining structural stability. The design was developed and tested in Siemens NX 11.0. Wishing everyone happy holidays!
