SummaryMy first quad creation on my Hephestos Prusa i3 I used 4 bumpers in Filaflex to reduce vibrations on motors. Motor to motor : 30.5cm It's a work in progress. I wanted to reduce screws I have to build the landing gear Materials : PLA white/black Filaflex white/orange 28.04.2015 Update : I add an adapter plate to install a KK board on the basis frame. This is a bi-material plate with Filaflex and PLA. PLA for rigid part and FIlaflex for smooth part. I also built a small cam flexible support in Filaflex. I think I won't need a landing gear. Total weight should be about 500gr RTF 1.05.2015 Update : I tried the carbone wire from colorfabb XT-CF20 and it worked well ;) I put the result in the pics section. 25.05.2015 Props protection and Sunnysky 2204S 2300Kv with 6x3 props added. No need landing gear because props are protected ;) 29.05.2015 First video test : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CCYs_XBx3Q&feature=em-upload_owner I changed the 6x3 props with 5x3 03.06.2015 Added kk board strong protection ;) 11.06.2015 Support for Tx video for a better reception 28.07.2015 FPV support cam. Angle cam can be adjusted.
