I can't find the original thing, but I did discover that it lacked the necessary support to hold my 7" device. Unfortunately, it fell off the wall because it was held in place by adhesive tape. So I took the concept from the previous thing and doubled the size of the back plate to accommodate two strips of tape that could provide sufficient support for the weight. I then added a bubble at the base to give even more support and distribute the weight evenly. I could have made it look a bit nicer, but it serves its purpose well and holds the weight with no issues. Remember to set infill to 100% for maximum strength!
