Quad Raspberry Pi Rack Mount w/ Displays
thingiverse
I'm building a 1U quad Raspberry Pi mount for standard 19" network/server racks. Alongside this, I've created a separate 1U mount to hold four 128x32 OLED displays that showcase stats about each pi. Check out the link below for more details on the displays. The mount has been remixed from PeterDB's original design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3895196. I've divided the mount into two pieces so it can fit on my printer, added additional supports for the pi, and smoothed out uneven surfaces to ensure a flat print. It prints well when face down with supports. I'm powering each Pi using official PoE hats, and one is powered via USB. There's enough clearance for either option. The hardware that comes with the PoE hat can be used to install it (no additional hardware needed). You may need to drill out the bottom holes a bit so the screws can screw into the standoffs since the ones provided are a little short. The OLED display holders have been remixed from Juh's design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3209044. I've incorporated this design into a rack mount faceplate, centering each display over its respective Pi when mounted above or below.
