Remove the four T-6 screws from the back of the Quad Lock Wireless Charging Head and set them aside for reuse on this custom plate. Take out the original back plate and attach it to this printed plate instead. To prepare the new plate, drill a countersink into each of its four holes using a drill bit that's just deep enough so that the screws will come out about halfway when inserted. The four outer holes are aligned with the four pre-drilled holes in ProClip custom car mount plates. Make sure to print this part using ABS, as it can withstand the heat inside a car. Using PLA is not recommended, especially for direct sunlight through a front windshield, as it may not hold up well to heat. This model does not require any supports during printing.
