Quad Lock Mount for RAM 1" Ball. This design is an improved version of wpvrtis's original work. The locking tabs that extend from the lever on his model proved to be fragile and prone to breaking during removal, even with minimal force applied. To strengthen these critical components, I modified the joining edges by adding a curved fillet, effectively making them more robust. Additionally, I noticed that the lever itself was somewhat flimsy when printed in ABS plastic. To address this issue, I increased its thickness by 1mm, which significantly improved its overall durability. A further tweak involved reducing the diameter of the mount where the lever tabs meet by about 0.5mm to prevent them from getting stuck together during printing. This adjustment did not alter the functionality of the Quad Lock Mount in any way. This design is frequently used as a mounting solution for phone cases.
