I made this part to replace the male interface on a Quad Lock 360 Wireless Charger, it may work for non-wireless charger models but I have not tested it. I used Carbon Fiber Nylon and Glass Fiber Nylon filament to make the ones I use. I'm sure you could get away with ABS but I wouldn't trust anything weaker than that for high-speed motorcycle use. This part has a few tight tolerances so some modifications may be needed depending on your printer, but it worked great for me. Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.15mm layer height, no supports.
