This apartment was initially created with Sketchup 8, then exported into multiple 3D formats. Its native format is .skp, while its 3dsmax scene is 2016 version rendered with Vray 3.00. This design caters to college students. We actually have something similar on the south side of town called Lobo Village after our university's mascot, the Lobo. Several friends of mine reside in this building. The reason it's dubbed quad housing is due to each apartment boasting four bedrooms with full bathrooms and closets inside each one. Every unit has a common kitchen and living room shared by all four residents. On top of that, apartment occupants enjoy stacked washer/dryer units and water heaters in their own space. This model was completely furnished using Google (formerly Sketchup) components for ease. These apartments came pre-fitted out, with the furniture situated as it is within the actual building. The façade proudly showcases New Mexican high desert surroundings. This complex houses 12 apartments, alongside numerous buildings in its area.
