This model was originally crafted with Sketchup 8, then successfully converted to all other formats available. Its native format remains .skp while the 3ds Max scene was built using 3ds Max 2016 version and rendered using Vray 3.00. Designed for college students, this apartment house offers an experience mirroring a specific part of our town - Lobo Village. Residents of mine own an abode similar to this on the south side of town. I have acquaintances residing in this very building. The name 'quad housing' is assigned because each unit boasts four bedrooms with a corresponding bathroom and closet. These bedrooms allow occupants to live in private yet enjoy shared common areas including a kitchen, living room designed for socializing and relaxing. Apartment residents benefit from modern appliances such as stacked washer/dryer units, and water heaters conveniently integrated into their apartments. Furnishings have been precisely positioned by leveraging Google (now Sketchup) components. Each unit was built with pre-furnished fixtures, reflecting the precise positioning of items found in the actual building. Architectural aspects successfully promote a unique New Mexican high desert ambiance. Comprising twelve individual apartments, this structure represents one among numerous establishments in the overall complex.
