I used a ceramic bearing from this link http://fave.co/2ttNkFz or this one http://fave.co/2tuiltd and the king of bearing 608 works incredibly well, costing very little. Regarding the print: you need to pause the printer then use #8 standard M5 nuts. When the printer is paused, insert the nuts and add some glue if desired. Spinning time comes out to about 90-120 minutes with that bearing, but you can use any 608 model you prefer.
