Here's a version dedicated to the hexTronik DT750 motor that will securely fit on 12 mm square tubing. Initially designed as a replacement for Hobbyking's X580 Glass Fiber Quadrocopter kit, these new arms measured approximately 13.13 mm per side. To accommodate this discrepancy, I've adapted my design to include an inner square of 13.2 mm. My goal was to place the motor in a more stable position than atop the arm, ensuring added durability. In printing one part horizontally as intended, I faced some frustration due to excessive ABS deformation. Clearly, further improvements are necessary, so I'm planning to work on version 2 of this design. Printer Specifications: * Model: Wanhao Duplicator i3 * Rafts: Disabled * Supports: Enabled * Resolution: Set at 0.2 mm Infill Density: Minimum setting at 50% Additional Printing Tips: Support lines were applied at approximately 15% coverage throughout the design, specifically for securing the top of the rounded square tubing.
