Quad Copter Legs

Quad Copter Legs

thingiverse

I replaced some junky landing gear on a custom quad build with these legs. The legs screw directly into the BL1510 motors through the frame using M2.5 x 6mm screws. The length of the M2.5 screws will depend on frame width (my frame is ~3.5mm thick); these legs add 1mm of thickness and the BL1510 motors have about 1mm of threading with a little less than 1mm of additional clearance before you'd screw into the motors coils/magnets. The design is hollowed out to keep the weight down. Printing at 100% infill each leg weighs only 4.0 grams.
