I recently finished constructing a quadcopter, using Autodesk Inventor to create its frame which was then cut by my homemade CNC router out of 1/4" Lexan. The resulting frame proved durable upon falling from around 50 feet without any damage. A PDF illustrates the assembled quadcopter with explanations about its various components.
