Using a 1.25 inch diameter motor, you can position 4 magnet wire coils to spin a magnet between them. Wooden dowels with 1/4 diameter and 1-inch length are used to position plastic Sewing Bobbins wrapped with magnet wire around them. A 1/2 inch in diameter and 1/2 inch long magnet on the motor shaft spins, generating electricity in the coils. This 3D design was created using eMachineShop's freeware version.
