250 sized quadcopter frame, designed and made by myself. Modelled the essential parts and made an assembly and started the frame design from there. It’s the same weight as a composite frame at a fraction of the price, as as long as I have access to a laser cutter I can replicate parts quickly. Overall it’s a much nicer platform that manufactured frames as it’s far cheaper and quicker to get parts. The arms are 10mm stock and seems stronger than normal 250 quad arms.
