QU-BD Two-Up Replacement Part QQ 12-HTD3-05 Aluminum Pulley

My QU-BD Two-Up printer arrived without the two crucial X / Y axis timing pulleys, part QQ - 12-HTD3-05. I determined a temporary replacement could be created while waiting three weeks for the genuine parts to ship. This was crafted from droftart's exceptional timing gear generator SCAD file, located at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627. My modifications to the SCAD file included adding a key to secure it to the spindle shaft. Initially, my upload used bolts to lock it against the shaft, but clearance issues arose during assembly of the Two Up, so I introduced a keyed shaft and superglued it to the motor spindle. It now functions extremely well, holding up just as well as the original parts and allowing no slack or play when changing direction. Pulley specifications are: 12 Tooth Pulley, 6mm Belt Width, 3mm Spacing HTD Tooth Profile, 5mm Bore Diameter (for NEMA 17 Motors), Flange on both ends to prevent belt slippage.
