I installed a custom bearing instead of relying on standard ones. Using bearings with a 1/4 inch inner diameter that I had on hand, I ensured they fit snugly. In contrast, the original stock bearings have a larger 3/8 inch inner diameter and won't accommodate this design. To complete the assembly, simply attach the bracket directly onto the MDF's top surface; it's an option to also glue it down, but screws allow for convenient removal and reconfiguration if needed.
