I redesigned Tony_921's holder to use a 608 skate bearing since I couldn't locate any sleeve bearings. The new design required two separate holders, one for the left side z rod and another for the right. To assemble it, you'll need three caps for the right-hand holder and just one cap for the left. The build requires several 20mm M3 screws on each side, along with a single 10mm M3 screw for the left side bearing bracket. Printing both holders at 10% infill resulted in no warping issues.
