QU-BD Simple Z endstop
thingiverse
To achieve consistent Z height, a simple switch holder was crafted, featuring a groove for securing it to a vertical rod and two holes for holding a raw 1.75mm filament in place (though not essential). Two zip ties and hot glue were used for attachment on a One-Up, but may also work on a Two-UP. A common switch, often found in computer mice, was utilized; an old mouse could suffice. The wiring can be seen in the photo, with ground pin at Z-stop Pin 3 and signal pin at Z-stop Pin 1 (center pin unused). Add "G28 Z ; Home Z only" to your start G code for optimal results.
