QU-BD One-Up / Two-Up Endstop Switch Mounting Brackets

Mount X/Y/Z endstop brackets, featuring fine adjustment bolts, are provided along with the necessary hardware. Additional mounting materials required include: 6 M2 12mm machine screws, 6 M2 hex nuts, 2 M3 20mm (or 30mm) socket head bolts, 6 M3 10mm socket head bolts, and 7 M3 hex nuts. Additionally, 4 M3 20mm socket head bolts may be needed to replace the 15mm bolts in Z and X steppers if they prove too short upon mounting these brackets. All components are printed and tested for functionality. If using Laird's extruder housing with an attached fan, you won't need an X adjuster arm as the fan frame aligns perfectly with the switch. Other extruders might require an additional component to hit the X endstop switch correctly. Metal lever arms on switches should be removed for consistent activation, with adjustment bolts hitting the tiny red switch buttons directly. An updated version of the X/Z bracket was added on February 9th, 2014, recovering an additional 15mm of Z travel and is recommended for use with bowden extruder designs. These components must be printed and attached to your printer according to detailed instructions.
