This calls for one 608zz skate bearing (8mm ID, 22mm OD) to function properly. You'll need to use a knife or some sharp object to poke out the screw hole, which is intentionally covered to ensure better bridging. Additionally, this design necessitates the use of a coupling. Simply placing the rod on the stepper shaft using the pre-drilled hole may not be sufficient, as the top of the screw may not be tall enough to accommodate this design. I recommend printing this part, which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:276192. I've only verified its compatibility with a Two-up machine, but I believe the rod and screw spacing is identical for the One-up model, making it suitable for both.
