QU-BD Fan Gasket

<p>Status: work in progress...</p> <p>I have not tested it yet. I will try v2 the next time I disassemble my extruder. If you get there first and have feedback I'd love to hear it. i have printed v2 and think it is a little flimsy. I will think about widening it, or making it slightly thicker. (I want to stay below 2mm). I'll update this intro as I progress.</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>This is intended to be a gasket between the fan and heat sink on the qu-bd extruder. I have broken 3 fans in the removal/reattach process. I believe the bolts are putting too much stress on the plastic fan against the heat sink fins.</p> <p>In an attempt to spread this force I cut my first gasket from a scrap print and it has been working great. No more cracked fans since. This is intended to be a replacement for that first gasket. I added a shroud to limit the air flow to the upper part of the heat sink.
