In the fifth section of jeepguys assembly instructions, this component is where the spring and washer apply pressure on the filament. I encountered an issue with the center slot for the long bolt HW04 being too narrow, causing binding up problems that might lead to intermittent feed issues. To resolve this, I created a modified part that widens that slot. Additionally, I extended the plastic slightly to facilitate easier pinching by hand and remove pressure from the filament.
