In the updated part at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:279192, you can find the fifth component according to jeepguy's assembly instructions. It serves as the base for the spring and washer to exert pressure on the filament. However, I discovered that the central slot for the long bolt HW04 had an insufficient width, causing it to bind. This could potentially lead to intermittent feed problems. To rectify this issue, I designed a modified version of the part to widen the slot.
