This Python library generates .scad, .stl, or .dxf representations of QR codes based on their contents. An internet connection is required as it uses the Google Charts API for code generation. The latest code can be found here: https://github.com/brad/qr2cad. It also partially derives from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10370. Future improvements include auto-encoding URLs, data matrix support, different size options, rounded corners, and logo embedding in .dxf files. To use the library, run "python qr2cad.py CONTENT" for a .scad file, with "-m" for a .stl, or "-mx" for a .dxf. The help menu is accessible via "-h", while "-x" changes output to .dxf and "-m" to .stl. Additional options include maximum dimensions, z-height, and QR code contents information can be found at http://code.google.com/p/zxing/wiki/BarcodeContents.
