QIDI X-Plus X-Max Top Cover Hole Filler

This is a recessed cover designed to close the large opening in the Qidi X-Max & X-Plus printer top covers, allowing for filament spools to be accommodated without excessive pressure. Additionally, I created a 30mm to 50mm spool insert that helps center and elevate the spool, further reducing pressure against the lid. This greatly reduces warping of ABS, ASA, and other high-temperature filaments. When printing with PLA, I prefer to remove the entire top cover. This modified design is based on the original model by alexm98 and incorporates the latch feature from Dannicus's remix. However, I omitted the higher placement of the filament guide as it was not necessary for my specific needs. I printed this recessed cover using ASA with the flat side facing up and the concave side down at a 0.20 layer height, with 30% supports and a cooling fan after the fifth layer. My goal is to help others successfully print high-temperature filaments. Happy printing!
