QIDI X-Plus Spool Holder Connector

First of all, I'd like to extend a huge thank you to mistertech for their outstanding design of the "QIDI 3D X-Plus and X-MAX Spool Roller" Thing #337504. Check it out here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:337504. One thing that really stood out as missing in this design was a certain level of stiffness or durability - specifically, the two sides that weren't securely attached to the bearings were a bit wobbly. So I designed a "connector" that mounts the two side pieces with a precise distance to perfectly guide the rollers. The best part? No glue is needed at all! Simply print the bridge with medium resolution, use supports for the four bolts, and then clean up any residue with sandpaper and a cutter after printing. Finally, just "click" them together with some force - a wooden hammer will do the trick. It's really that easy. Printer: QIDI-Tech x-Plus Resolution: fine (0.2mm) Support: yes / 70° Print temperature: 190°C Bed temperature: 60/50° (first layer / rest of print) I'm excited to share this ruggedized spool roller with the QIDI X-Plus community!
