Qidi X-One2 Spool Mount Mod

My goal was to clear space for my Ender 3 Pro by putting my X-One2 on a shelf, giving me room to work when it arrives soon. To make this possible, I needed to modify the printer so that I could easily change the filament. This mod allows you to attach the spool to the top of a Qidi X-one2 (older version) and switch it from the front. I used the right side handle as the mount and inserted longer screws, making it easy to remove the mod and restore the system to its original state. This design utilizes an existing filament roller design found on Thingiverse (www.thingiverse.com/thing:3471434), which I initially printed for my Ender 3 Pro. To save you time, I've included these files here. For his roller pins, use extra wall layers to provide strength because all the stress is concentrated on the pins inserted into the bearings. Print the Handle Mount, remove the X-One2 handle and replace the M4x6 handle bolts with M4x8 bolts. The Plate sits atop the frame and screws into the Handle Mount using M4x10 bolts with nuts. The Upright attaches to the plate with two M4x10 bolts and nuts. Ensure a secure fit, as you may need to sand it slightly if printed at 0.3mm resolution. The Upright had to be made thicker due to flexing under the weight of a spool. I plan to create a new part that combines the plate and upright once my Ender 3 arrives, but for now, this design meets the requirements of fitting within the X-One2's bed size. Without the spool, the assembly flexes from side to side, but the stresses are directed downwards, making it more stable with a spool on it. UPDATE: This mod works perfectly, and the roller is so smooth that I had to attach a rubber band around the roller and holder. The rubber band serves as a damper, preventing the spool from unwinding when the extruder moves quickly. UPDATE 2: Although satisfied with the upright's revised design, which features a 3-degree tilt backwards and 20mm shorter length to reduce flexing, I still wasn't happy with the slight sagging under a full roll.
