I used these parts to build an enclosure for my Qidi X-One printer. This setup allows me to print effortlessly with ABS plastic. The brackets are securely attached to acrylic panels using glue. To ensure a precise fit, you'll need to test each part individually using hot glue first, verifying the placement before switching to CA glue (super strong adhesive). Hot glue can easily pull away from the pieces, making it necessary to use this step. The top brackets should have some flexibility in them so that you can adjust the panel slightly before releasing the bottom edge. This technique helps me lock in my panels securely during printing. The remaining brackets were used to create a curved acrylic piece. To shape the acrylic, heat it with a heat gun until it reaches the desired form. Then, use the brackets to hold the shape in place. I printed all the brackets in PETG for added strength and durability.
