Super BIG Shout out and Thanks goes to CWILLS75 for the Qidi X-Plus & X-Max Carriage BMG Extruder & Dragon or V6 Hot-End Mod!!! With that, I was able to set up this simple remix setup to run the Titan Aero extruder/hotend which I originally wanted to go with the E3D Hemara but E3D has been sold out of the 2.85mm setup for a while now... so I went with the E3D Titan Aero in a 2.85mm with the volcanoe hotend and hardened steel nozzleX setup; as you can see, there is no cooling system for the print bed because my setup is designed for PC and PA, therefore I don't need a cooling system. This setup runs with the stock QIDI 1.8 Degree stepper, I originally purchased a more powerful .9 degree stepper but it was too long to clear on the backside; however, the stock one has been functioning exceptionally well... even with feeding the extremely thick 2.85mm filament. This setup would work just fine for 1.75mm and I have included firmware updates for both filament sizes again thanks to CWILLS75 for helping me with that.
