QIDI X-Max Door Handle 4mm Plexiglas

<p>This is only a remix of an existing model from thingiverse. <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/Camo6126">Camo6126</a> has done a very cool <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4726033">door for the X-MAX</a> which used 8mm plexiglas in order to get an better view of the first layer with a fully closed door. later he did a version for 6mm plexiglas which I currently have on my printer.</p><p>However, in order to reduce the production costs of this mod, I decided to create a version with 4mm plexiglas.</p><p>Plexiglas dimensions: 400x347x4 [mm]</p><p>If you want to have it not that tight to the bottom and the top, you can also use a height of 345mm. For my printer, I have chosen an height of 348mm which is pretty close to the edges for maximum isolation.</p><p>For mounting the parts together, you can use every glue you like or screws.</p><p>I have personally chosen Acrifix® for glueing the plexiglas in.</p><p>You can find it here: <a href="https://amzn.to/3z3Y3KU">https://amzn.to/3z3Y3KU</a></p><p>For the magnets of the door, you can use 12x3mm magnets like these: <a href="https://amzn.to/3O3rNM5">https://amzn.to/3O3rNM5</a></p><p><strong>The “tight” version:</strong></p><p>with the original files, I had the problem of a “hanging” door while it is open. I had to lift it up to close it. The “tight” version should solve this problem.
