IMPORTANT: This is a remix/update/improved version of the HERCULES carriage done by HumeBeam Changes/improvements compared to original "HERCULES" carriage: - Hotend cooling completely redesigned, tuned and optimized to utilize a 100% of the fan capability. No air gets to the part or hangs inside the carriage - Turbine blades/air guide added for hotend air flow. - Thicker stepper bracket wall to allow tightening on the lightweight 22/23mm NEMA 17 stepper motor. - Cable management and shield for heater/thermocouple cables, so they are not exposed to direct heat of the hotend. - Ribbon cable clip redesigned and strengthened to avoid breaks/snaps. - New cooling design greatly reduces the chances of jamming/clogging with more sensitive materials like PLA - Remodeled from scratch - cleaner model - New part cooling airduct, clean, simple and very effective. - All parts went through fluids simulation to fine tune performance.
