When I first started printing, I used the standard stock bed and after prints, some glue/plastic stuck on the bed, so I had to scrape it off. During the scraping process, small pieces of plastic flew into the tiny holes in the printer's corners, making the underside area messier than I wanted. To prevent this mess, I designed these wire hide covers with three different sizes for various wire hide thicknesses. Small openings have no cutouts on top. Medium openings feature small cutouts on top. Large openings have the largest cutout on top. Print Settings Printer: QIDI Tech Rafts: Don't matter. Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.12 Infill: 30% Notes: Printed in ABS with three shell layers, seven top and bottom layers. My infill for these parts was 30%, and the layer height was 0.12mm. Feel free to change them according to your preferences. Very minor supports were used when printing on the back side. Post-Printing These covers are designed to be installed without removing any cable connectors. The plugs fit snugly into the holes, but due to the printer's wire holes being cut into sheet metal, you might need to file a tiny amount of plastic if your printer's sheet metal cut was off by a minor dimension. I printed these multiple times to ensure they were a one-print, one-fit solution for my printer with no sanding required.
